What do I need to use Districall?

All you need is an active Districall subscription and a mobile phone. Once registered, you will have access to a single national number, and calls will be automatically redirected to the number or numbers filled in.

Can I keep my current number?

Absolutely, at Districall, portability is offered for any subscription to an annual subscription.

The procedure is as follows: after receiving your ROI + last invoice by email as well as the subscription of an annual subscription with us, we will make you fulfill a portability mandate.

During the portability period, your number should be transferred to the temporary Districall number.

Is there a commitment ?

No, Districall offers total flexibility. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time, without long-term commitment, whether for annual or monthly subscriptions.

What happens if I finish my package?

At Districall, we don’t charge extra. We notify you by SMS and email when you are approaching the end of your plan. You can change the formula at any time, you will pay in proportion to the current period.

What is call balancing?

Call balancing is a feature that ensures a fair distribution of calls between your employees, regardless of the order of their availability. This ensures that every employee has an equal opportunity to answer calls first.

How do I log in to the app?

The mobile identifiers are:

ID: this is the phone number of the destination, that is, the mobile number.
Password: this is the login code provided to you. You can find it either on your customer area or in the last SMS you received from Districall.
